Meeting was called to order at 6:37 pm by Interim President/ Director - Ava Tvedten.

• Expenses: $ 23,649.02
• Savings: $ 30,513.09

● Motion unanimously approved

Director's Report:

● EIN submitted
● 990's filed for 501-c3.
● Electrical Update.
● Kiwanis club meeting update.
● Eagles club meeting update.
● New sign for NCHS.
● John Huisman - Blue Earth Community Club.
● Organizations to contact - :BIC and Wells Rotary Club

Old Business:

● Mission Statement Review/ Approval

• Motion passes

● State kennel license received
● City kennel license submitted to city council
● St Patrick's day fundraiser

• Brought in $1692.78 with expenses lost $112.78

New Business:

● Discussion on by-laws Final approval
○ to be reviewed individually and to be discussed and finalized at next meeting
● Vision statement tabled, members asked to bring ideas to the next meeting.
● Fundraising committee update.
○ Fundraising committee to present ideas to board
● Grant openings and suggestions
● Presentation of memorial plaque & bench for Riley Garvick
